I refer to the negative comments about myself that were attributed to Councillor Sullivan in the article "Council feud scales new heights" (Courier 26-10-04).

In particular, I do not harbour the "deep personal animosity" towards him that he seems to feel that I do.

On the contrary, I regard both he and Councillor Daley as capable and experienced Councillors.
