Randwick-Botany Greens candidates do well in the 2007 NSW State Election

The Greens have done well in the local State seats of Marourba and Coogee.

Anne Gardiner’s vote in Marourba was 11.9% representing a swing to the Greens of 3.50% when compared to the State election result of 2003. The ALP vote declined by 11.28% to 52.86%

Kelly Marks’s final tally in Coogee was 21.13% representing an increase in the Greens primary vote of 2.53% The ALP vote declined by 5.43% to 39%.
