Several individuals have contacted the Randwick-Botany Greens claiming that our previous letter on this matter is "misleading" in that we did not mention that the Liberal and Labor Councillors left in parts of the original Greens motion dealing with obtaining legal advice.
We disagree, but in the interest of transparency we now include the full text of the original Greens motion and the final result following the Liberal/Labor amendment.

- Seek to generate a uniform approach across all Sydney Council's with beaches by referring the matter to the Sydney Coastal Councils organisation.
